The factory is located in Nanjing, China, with a production area of 14,000 square meters. It boasts a dedicated production base and a comprehensive manufacturing system, achieving an annual output value of hundreds of millions of yuan. The facility possesses full-process manufacturing capabilities ranging from sheet metal processing, busbar fabrication, component assembly to complete cabinet debugging, and can simultaneously undertake parallel production for multiple large-scale projects.
Yes. The factory is an officially authorized cabinet manufacturer for ABB (for the MDmaxS series since 2015 and the MNS2.0 series) as well as for Schneider Electric (for the BLOKSET series).
Zhongtongfu has completed several major national projects, including China Telecom's Wuxi Tier 4 Data Center (187 MDmax ST cabinets, contract value of RMB 21.92 million), China Telecom's Tianmuhu International Data Center (over 200 MNS cabinets, total investment exceeding RMB 500 million), the prefabricated containerized power distribution room at Hefei South High-Speed Railway Station (22 BLOKSET cabinets, RMB 7.6 million), and the Dongguan Haixinsha Wastewater Treatment Center (21 MNS 2.0 cabinets).
We warmly welcome you. We encourage clients to visit our factory in person to witness the production processes, quality control systems, and manufacturing capabilities firsthand. We can assist with arranging the inspection itinerary, providing translation services, and handling reception arrangements.
All products in the series have passed national-level comprehensive type tests, including seismic testing (intensity 9), internal combustion arc testing (100 kA/0.5 s), high-altitude testing (4000 m), salt spray testing (96 hours), extreme cold testing (-40°C), and EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) testing.
Standard cabinet models typically take 15–30 days from order placement to shipment. Customized projects require 45–60 days depending on technical complexity and component procurement cycles, with specific delivery dates agreed upon at order confirmation.
We manufacture a comprehensive range of low-voltage distribution cabinets, including the ABB-authorized MDmaxS and MNS2.0 series, the Schneider-authorized BLOKSET series, our self-developed MNS series, as well as fixed-type GGD units and pull-out-type GCK/GCS units, covering all current ratings up to 6300 A.
MDmaxS (ABB-authorized) – a drawer-type structure authorized by ABB in 2015, designed for high-reliability power distribution applications [13†L31]. MNS (self-developed) – features a 25 mm modular C-shaped profile, offering flexible assembly and excellent cost-effectiveness. MNS2.0 (ABB-authorized) – an officially ABB TTA-certified cabinet model with optimal space utilization [13†L34]. BLOKSET (Schneider-authorized) – a fixed-segmented structure equipped with patented dual-clamp technology, requiring no maintenance for over 10 years.
The protection rating can be customized according to the application environment, available from IP30 to IP54. IP30 is suitable for cleanroom environments, IP41 for general industrial settings, and IP54 for harsh conditions such as dusty or humid environments. The entire product series strictly complies with both IEC 61439-1/2 "Low-voltage switchgear and control equipment" and GB/T 7251.1/12 "Low-voltage switchgear". Additionally, products can be certified with CE, UL, EAC, or CB marks depending on the target market.
Yes. We support flexible configuration for all brands—the main incoming switch can be selected from international brands such as ABB, Schneider, or Siemens, or Chinese brands like Delixi and Chint. You may choose freely; simply provide your budget and requirements, and we will offer the optimal solution and quote.
Yes. We offer comprehensive OEM/ODM services—your logo, RAL color standards, component configurations, and custom size requirements can all be implemented. Our minimum order quantities are flexible, supporting everything from small trial orders to large-scale production orders.
Yes. Our product testing is highly comprehensive. Our products have passed a full range of extreme tests including earthquake resistance (intensity 9), internal combustion arc (100 kA/0.5 s), high-altitude performance (4,000 m), salt spray exposure (96 hours), extreme cold conditions (-40°C), and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing, making them suitable for harsh environments such as power plants, petrochemical facilities, mines, and coastal areas.
The standard process is as follows: Customer inquiry → Technical clarification (drawing/parameter confirmation) → Quotation → Order confirmation → Contract signing → Payment receipt → Production → Factory acceptance testing (FAT) → Packaging and shipment → Delivery by sea or air.
You must provide: a single project System Layout Diagram (SLD) or electrical schematic, circuit detail list (current specifications and load types for each circuit), installation environment information (indoor/outdoor, altitude, temperature, humidity), target market and certification requirements, and special requirements (cabinet type, preferred brand, protection rating, etc.). The more complete the documentation, the more accurate the quote will be.
Yes. You can provide your electrical drawings and technical specifications. Our engineers will review the drawings and conduct compliance checks, then proceed with production based on verified accuracy. If the drawings do not meet standards or require improvements, we will provide professional recommendations.
Certainly. We will regularly update you on key milestones such as production progress and completion of factory inspections. Customers are welcome to conduct on-site acceptance testing (FAT) at our facility before shipment, or we can arrange video livestream acceptance tests as needed. Packaging and shipment will only proceed after FAT approval.
Yes. We provide professional export packaging services—including standard wooden export boxes, as well as customized options such as fumigation treatment, rain/water resistance, and shockproofing. For transportation, we handle all export procedures including space booking, customs clearance, and commodity inspection. Our trade terms cover FOB, CIF, EXW, and CFR.
Yes. We accept 100% L/C at sight. The L/C terms must be mutually agreed upon before order confirmation to avoid additional costs from subsequent modifications.
We will notify you to arrange payment and shipment once the goods are produced. If the goods remain at the factory longer than the agreed period (typically 30 days) due to the customer's reasons, we will charge reasonable storage fees.
Certainly. For large orders (typically those exceeding $500,000 in contract value or 50 units of cabinets), we offer customized payment plans to be finalized through mutual communication.
