The product complies with three major standards: GB7251.12, IEC60439-1, and JB/T9661. It has passed a comprehensive suite of performance tests including national-level full-type certification, earthquake resistance, internal combustion arc testing, high-altitude performance, salt spray testing, and EMC testing, with its operational reliability rigorously verified by authoritative institutions. It features core intelligent remote functions (remote control, remote signaling, remote measurement, and remote adjustment), enabling remote digital management. Key electrical parameters include: rated current ≤6300 A, rated operating voltage 400 V, rated insulation voltage 1000 V, and rated frequency 50 Hz; protection ratings are available as IP30, IP31, IP40, or IP41, allowing flexible selection based on environmental dust and moisture conditions. The cabinet standard height is 2200 mm, with widths and depths offered in multiple specifications (600 mm, 800 mm, 1000 mm, or 1200 mm), supporting customized size modifications.

The MNS series low-voltage modular distribution cabinets are intelligent power distribution solutions specifically designed for modern industrial and commercial applications. Featuring a gray cabinet body with a red top emblem, they offer high visual recognizability. The cabinets adopt an integrated multi-column drawer unit design characterized by compact structure and rational layout. Utilizing 25mm modular C-shaped profiles as the main frame, they exhibit exceptional structural versatility and flexible assembly configurations, enabling compatibility with various cabinet designs and different protection ratings. They accommodate numerous functional units even in confined spaces, making them ideal for complex on-site installation environments. The cabinets extensively employ high-strength flame-retardant engineering plastics, effectively preventing arc propagation and fire risks at the material level; this dual-protection design significantly enhances operational safety.
The electrical system employs a self-developed modular design with integrated components, featuring core electrical parameters that meet advanced domestic standards and compatibility with mainstream standard electrical components available on the market, aligning well with the operational and maintenance practices of Chinese users. The cabinet range is comprehensive, covering all categories including incoming line cabinets, busbar cabinets, capacitor cabinets, dual-power-switching cabinets, drawer-type distribution cabinets, and frame-type distribution cabinets, offering flexible configuration options to comprehensively address multi-level power distribution requirements across various applications. The equipment’s cooling system is optimized for superior thermal management, maintaining uniform temperature within the cabinet to prevent component aging or failure caused by prolonged high temperatures, ensuring long-term stable operation.
