Regarding dimensions, the cabinet is recommended to have a uniform height of 2200 mm, with widths and depths available in 600 mm, 800 mm, 1000 mm, or 1200 mm for flexible configuration based on site space. The rated voltage, rated insulation voltage, and rated frequency are designed in accordance with international industrial power distribution standards, ensuring compatibility with full-range operation under power frequency systems.
The product delivery model comprises two approaches: standardized rapid delivery and deeply customized production, capable of meeting both the short-cycle requirements of general projects and enabling tailored modifications for specific operating conditions.

The MDmaxsT series low-voltage switchgear is a high-end drawer-type distribution equipment developed by Zhongtongfu with official authorization from ABB. Since obtaining the brand license in 2015, the company has fully mastered the core technologies, established production lines, and acquired capabilities for independent R&D, large-scale manufacturing, and standalone delivery, establishing it as a benchmark product in the industrial-grade power distribution sector. The entire unit employs a double-folded G-shaped profile self-supporting frame that combines lightweight construction with high strength. The cabinet supports flexible configurations including fixed, partitioned, and drawer-type designs; its modular electrical and mechanical components adhere to industry standards, featuring a compact and flexible layout with significantly higher space utilization compared to traditional cabinets.
This product strictly complies with authoritative domestic and international standards such as IEC 61439-1/2, GB/T 7251.12, and JB/T 9661, and has successfully passed a comprehensive range of rigorous extreme tests including national full-type testing (TTA), earthquake resistance, internal combustion arc, high-altitude performance, salt spray, and EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility). It has also obtained major global certifications such as China’s CCC, the EU’s CE, the US’s UL, CB, and EAC, enabling seamless entry into international markets. The core functionality integrates four intelligent remote control capabilities: remote operation, remote signaling, remote measurement, and remote adjustment. The electrical protection design is thorough, with functional units independently separated. When drawers switch between three operational positions—connection, testing, and separation—the protection level remains unchanged, ensuring operator safety at the structural level.

With a total investment exceeding 1 billion yuan and deploying 4,000 standard racks, Zhongtongfu delivered a total of 187 MDmaxsT switch cabinets under a contract worth 21.92 million yuan, ensuring stable operation of the data center's power system throughout the project.
