The moulded case circuit breaker encloses the contacts and arc extinguishing system within a thermosetting plastic housing, offering a compact structure and safe operation. In low-voltage distribution systems, MCCBs are typically installed in outgoing circuits of distribution switchboards, responsible for protecting each feeder line or large equipment, serving as secondary distribution and protection devices. The trip unit can be either thermal-magnetic (bimetal + electromagnetic coil, simple and reliable) or electronic (more precise protection settings, optional communication function).
During the charging process, some lithium ions in lithium iron phosphate are removed and transferred to the negative electrode through the electrolyte, which is embedded in the negative electrode carbon material; At the same time, electrons are released from the positive electrode and reach the negative electrode from the external circuit, maintaining the balance of chemical reactions. During the discharge process, lithium ions detach from the negative electrode and reach the positive electrode through the electrolyte.
