Designed for industrial power distribution systems with high short-circuit currents, this product is suitable for infrequent manual making and breaking of normal loads (load-break operation) and serves as short-circuit protection for distribution and motor circuits. Note: Not suitable for direct starting and breaking of single motors – direct motor starting and disconnection shall be performed using contactors or dedicated circuit breakers.

Switch Disconnector Fuse Unit is a highly integrated combination device that merges the mechanical disconnecting structure of a switch disconnector with a fuse base into a single unit. Its core technology enables both power isolation and short-circuit protection within one apparatus, significantly reducing installation space and wiring complexity in distribution equipment. The unit features a rotary double-break contact system and a quick make-and-break operating mechanism, coupled with a high-performance arc extinguishing chamber (metal grid or ceramic material), ensuring rapid arc suppression during load switching and enhancing breaking reliability and electrical endurance. The fuse holder incorporates independent arc-proof isolation covers, allowing direct plug-in replacement of gG (general purpose) or aM (motor backup protection) fuse links.

During the charging process, some lithium ions in lithium iron phosphate are removed and transferred to the negative electrode through the electrolyte, which is embedded in the negative electrode carbon material; At the same time, electrons are released from the positive electrode and reach the negative electrode from the external circuit, maintaining the balance of chemical reactions. During the discharge process, lithium ions detach from the negative electrode and reach the positive electrode through the electrolyte. At the same time, the negative electrode releases electrons, which reach the positive electrode from the external circuit and provide energy to the outside world.
